Shipping policy

Please note that with the current Covid-19 situation, the delivery times for order will be delayed significantly especially for international orders due to the limited air freight movements. We seek your understanding. Thank you!

We ship worldwide. 

Shipping charges are an additional cost and not part of the cost of the product. It will be included at check-out.

Singapore

We charge a flat fee of $3.80 for all Singapore orders. All orders above $100 will be given free shipping. Your orders will be sent out via SmartPac (unless otherwise stated). We will provide you with a tracking number. On average, it will take 3-5 working days to receive your order once it is sent out.

International

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. All international orders will be sent out through Singpost International Registered Mail. You will receive a tracking number which you may track your parcel through https://www.singpost.com/. Shipping duration will vary depending on destination.
